7-Eleven adapts to remain relevant in the age of on-demand shopping

7-Eleven has increased its store count in the U.S. over the last 10 years from 5,500 and 8,900. During that time, the chain has made changes as its customers moved away from the three-square-meals mentality to better-for-you foods snacked on throughout the day.
