Activist investor pushes Kohl’s to be more transparent about sale process

Macellum Advisors has sent a letter to Kohl’s board of directors urging the retailer to be more transparent about its sale process and the bids it has received from outside parties. Kohl’s has receive preliminary interest from more than 20 parties but has not set a date to accept final bids.
