Amazon announces solar rollouts at fulfillment centers

Amazon.com announced it will place solar panels on the rooftops of 15 fulfillment and sortation centers in the U.S. by the end of the year. The e-tailer, which operates 125 such facilities in the U.S and 149 outside the country, plans to have half its centers around the world generating energy from the sun by 2020.
