Amazon making changes to employee review process

Amazon.com is dropping its stack-ranking review process in which employees are judged in comparison to others in the company rather than on their accomplishments. The move is seen as a way for Amazon to project a more employee-friendly image as it vies for talent in an increasingly competitive labor environment.
