Amazon touts success of ‘Career Choice Program’

More than 7,000 workers have been able to leave their jobs working in warehouses for Amazon for more lucrative pursuits in careers outside the company. Amazon’s “Career Choice Program” pays 95 percent of tuition for classes in other fields based on national needs as determined by the federal government and other sources. The program has been in place for about four years.
