Jeff Wilke, as The Wall Street Journal reports, is the second most important Jeff – next to CEO Jeff Bezos – at Amazon.com. Mr. Wilke, whose responsibilities span all of Amazon’s core businesses, is primarily responsible for obsessing over “the wants and needs of the retailer’s customers.”
