The rise of antibiotic-resistant germs is becoming a major health concern across the planet. Fast-food chains have responded by pledging to end the sale of meat from animals given antibiotics. For many, particularly those looking to source antibiotic-free beef and pork, finding sufficient supplies has been easier said than done.
