    Is inept forecasting holding back online fulfillment?

    "25 percent of the product is coming back ... I’m not sure how to fix it beyond trying to drive traffic back to stores." Would not an omnichannel software approach greatly alleviate this problem? It's a tall order for a company to take on, but it's the most effective technology we have today for, at the very least, the retail/fashion industries.
