Step Korey, co-founder of the travel lifestyle brand, who was pressured to resign from the company after The Verge reported that she had created a “toxic workplace” by, for example, berating employees on Slack message boards, will return as co-CEO. Stuart Haselden, COO of Lululemon, had been tapped to replace Ms. Korey, but the board decided that the best solution would be to have both at the helm. Ms. Korey, who apologized to employees for her behavior, has reportedly been working with an executive coach to improve her management style.
