Bankrupt Toys ‘R’ Us is on normal terms with vendors

Toys “R” Us, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, is back on normal terms with 49 of its top 50 vendors. The chain expects business to proceed as usual after a judge granted it permission to use the rest of its $3.1 billion bankruptcy loan.
