December 18, 2019
In 2021, Eataly is planning to open a new 51,000 sq. ft. location in San Jose’s Westfield Valley Fair Mall. It will be the first of the bustling Italian-themed marketplaces in California and the seventh in the country. Currently, Eataly has stores in L.A., Boston, New York, Chicago and Las Vegas. “We will import many of our products from Italy — like olive oil and dry pasta — while also making it a priority to work with local producers from Northern California,” Nicola Farinetti, Global CEO of Eataly said in a statement.
