Randy Whitaker will join the department store chain as its EVP, chief stores officer, while Ron Garrow will serve as the company’s EVP, chief people officer. Mr. Whitaker joins Belk after serving in a similar capacity at Victoria’s Secret. Mr. Garrow was previously the chief human resources officer at MasterCard.
