Best Buy CEO Hubert Joly is concerned that tariffs placed on imports of steel and aluminum could lead to a trade war that will drive up prices, reduce consumption and lead to job losses. Mr. Joly’s remarks to CNBC mirror those of Home Depot CFO Carol Tome who said last month that “tariffs are bad for consumers.”
