‘Blackish’ actress creates new Penney fashion line

Tracee Ellis Ross, star of ABC’s “Blackish,” has created a 45-piece holiday clothing collection for J.C. Penney. Items in the line, which will range in sizes from small to 3X, will debut on Nov. 12 and will cost between $9 and $75.
