Bon-Ton makes a change at the top

William Tracy, chief operating officer for Bon-Ton Stores, will become the company’s president and chief executive officer in August, following the departure of current CEO Kathryn Bufano. Mr. Tracy will become the company’s fourth CEO since 2012.
