Brazilian beauty retailer acquires Avon

Natura & Co., a Brazilian personal care retailer, is acquiring Avon. The company, which owns Aesop and The Body Shop in addition to its namesake brand, expects to generate $10 billion annually from all its companies following the completion of the Avon deal. Natura expects Avon to generate between $150 million and $250 million annually.
