Bullying bosses are bad for business
The New York Times 02/26/2019Rebecca Greenbaum, a professor at Rutgers University’s school of management and labor relations, said research over various management styles has failed to prove that tough bosses produce better results over the long haul. “Productivity may rise in the short term,” Dr. Greenbaum said. “But over time the performance of the staff or team deteriorates, and people quit.”
