Workers at Cresco Labs in Joliet, IL voted to unionize two weeks after recreational marijuana sales began in the state. Local 881 of the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) union will represent the workers. The UFCW represents more than 10,000 individuals in 12 states employed by cannabis companies.
