Casey’s acquires 49 Circle K stores in Oklahoma

Casey’s General Stores has agreed to pay $39 million to acquire 49 Circle K locations in Oklahoma. The chain, which already has more than 40 stores in the state, operates about 2,200 locations in 16 states.
