Cashless stores aren’t for the unbanked

Cashless stores reduce costs for the retailers that operate them. They also generate bigger shopping baskets when compared to those from customers paying with cash. The biggest issue as many see it, however, is that stores that do not accept cash effectively stop those that are unbanked or underbanked from shopping.
