CEO lends Sears Holdings $100M

Edward Lampert’s hedge fund, ESL Investments, has agreed to lend Sears Holdings up to $100 million by Dec. 1. There is one hitch, however, as Sears Holdings must identify collateral it can put up to receive the loan.
