Honey Butter Fried Chicken in Chicago is among a growing number of restaurants across the U.S. that offer safe workplaces for immigrants, Muslims and others who feel threatened in the current political environment. “Sanctuary restaurants” prohibit the harassment of individuals based on their immigration status, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
