Chick-fil-A sues chicken suppliers over alleged price-fixing scheme

Chick-fil-A is claiming in a lawsuit that Perdue Farms, Pilgrim’s Pride, Sanderson Farms and Tyson Foods coordinated their efforts to lower production and drive the price of chicken higher. Representatives of Perdue and Tyson said there is no factual basis for Chick-fil-A’s claims.
