Chinese shopping app gets sued over knockoffs

Pinduoduo, a popular shopping app launched in China last year, is being sued in U.S. federal court for trademark infringement. A Chinese diaper company, Daddy’s Choice, sued the company for trademark infringement after discovering knockoffs of its brand were being sold through the app.
