Chipotle Mexican Grill is suing Sweetgreen for infringing on its trademark with the salad chain’s new Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl menu item. Chipotle’s lawyers have sent a letter to Sweetgreen asking it to change the item’s name to something less confusing, like a chicken bowl with chipotle. Sweetgreen has not responded to Chipotle’s entreaties.
