Columbia Sportswear files suit against ex-employee after hack discovered

Columbia Sportswear has sued a former employee in its IT department after discovering hacks into its email system that went on for more than two years. The suit accuses Michael Leeper of hacking into the emails of senior executives to help his present company, Denali Advanced Integration, win technology contracts from Columbia. Mr. Leeper, Denali and its parent company, 3MD Inc., have been named in the suit.
