Crocs plans to close stores

The clog maker plans to shutter 160 stores by the end of next year after reporting a 10 percent drop in sales during the fourth quarter. Crocs also announced that CEO Gregg Ribatt is stepping down from the role. Mr. Ribatt, who will remain on the company’s board, will be replaced on June 1 by Andrew Rees, the president of Crocs.
