C&S Wholesale names new CEO

Mike Duffy has been named CEO at C&S Wholesale Grocers effective Jan. 8. Mr. Duffy, who will join C&S following a stint as president of global manufacturing and supply for Cardinal Health, was previously employed by Gillette and Procter & Gamble. Current C&S CEO Rick Cohen will remain with the company as its executive chairman.
