CVS Fined for Inaccurate Pricing in Bay State

CVS has been fined $275,000 by Massachusetts since the beginning of last year due to a series of pricing violations including inaccurate shelf labels, no price sticker on products and items that scan incorrectly. The chain is the most penalized merchant in the state.
