CVS is expanding its CarePass program, which offers free delivery on prescription medicines, over-the-counter remedies and other products sold by the chain, for an annual fee of $48. The program, which was tested in Boston, Philadelphia and Tampa, also offers discounts on CVS private labels, a monthly $10 coupon and access to a pharmacy hotline.
