Dairy Queen CEO retiring, replacement named

John Gainor, president and CEO of International Dairy Queen, will retire at the end of the year. Mr. Gainor, who became the company’s CEO in 2008, will be replaced by Troy Bader, Dairy Queen’s chief operating officer. Mr. Bader joined the chain in 2001 and was named COO in 2011.
