Demand for warehouse space expected to slow
The Wall Street Journal 05/30/2019The demand for warehouse space is expected to slow to 0.9 percent over the next three years, about half the 2018 level, according to the Deloitte Center for Financial Services. The amount of space for distribution centers is expected to grow by 850 million square feet over the next four years, down from the 14.8 billion square feet added between 2014 and 2018.
