Disagreement in Executive Ranks on Diversity Progress

Managers who are Caucasian and male give themselves relatively high marks for fostering diversity in the workplace. Women and people of color have a different view on the subject, according to the “Study on White Men Leading Through Diversity & Inclusion” by Greatheart Leader Labs.
