Americans are branching out and eating a wide variety of foods from Asia, Cuba, the Mediterranean, Middle East and the Philippines, according to Fishbowl. Fifty-two percent of Millennials are more likely to visit a restaurant because it offers new or innovative flavors, according to Technomic.
