EBay: Amazon used illegal tactic to solicit our sellers

EBay has sent a cease-and-desist letter to Amazon after it alleged its rival representatives use the eBay internal messaging system to solicit third-party sellers to move to its site. An Amazon spokesperson said the company was conducting an internal investigation to see if eBay’s charges had merit.
