EBay sent a cease and desist letter to Amazon.com earlier this month after it allegedly engaged in illegal practices to lure third-party sellers from its rival’s site. Now, eBay has filed a lawsuit in a California court to try and bar it from using eBay’s messaging feature for third-party sellers.
