Eclipse to cost U.S. businesses nearly $700 million

Workers caught up in eclipse fever are going to be less productive today than on the typical Monday. The outplacement firm Challenger, Gray and Christmas estimates that preoccupation with the eclipse as it moves across the country could cost employers $694 million in lost productivity today.
