Exploding e-cigarettes are growing safety concern

Faulty batteries are suspected in a growing number of fires taking place with e-cigarettes. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has documented about 66 explosions involving e-cigarettes between last year and early 2016. Ninety-two explosions were reported between 2009 and September 2015.
