Krystal, a fast-food chain operating in the southeastern U.S., has filed for bankruptcy. The 300-restaurant chain cited changing consumer tastes, increased competition, the rise of online delivery, high lease costs and a tight labor market as factors in its decision to pursue Chapter 11 protection.
