Riley Rose is Forever 21’s new “beauty boutique” concept store. Forever 21 plans to open 13 of the stores in GGP regional shopping malls across the country. Ten of the locations will open this year with the other three slated to debut in 2018. Do Won Chang, Forever 21’s CEO, said, “These new, experiential spaces will be focused on accessories, cosmetics and home goods for the Millennial consumer.”
