Boxed, online’s answer to warehouse club stores without the annual subscription, has named Prentis Wilson as the company’s first president. Mr. Wilson, who spent almost eight years at Amazon.com, left the e-tail giant last month. He will be responsible for fulfillment, marketing and operations at Boxed.
