Two former executives at eBay were indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office on charges of engaging in a conspiracy to stalk and harass a couple that were critical of the company. The federal government claims the two men — James Baugh, the tech giant’s former senior director of safety & security, and David Harville, its former director of global resiliency — also engaged in witness and evidence tampering in an effort to avoid prosecution.
