Former Rite-Aid President Gets Probation
Associated Press/iWon 06/08/2004Timothy Noonan, former president and chief operation officer, Rite-Aid, was given given two year’s probation, ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and do 100 hours of community service for his part in the accounting scandal that rocked the company.
