French telecom execs prosecuted for workers’ suicides

At least 35 employees at France Télécom have committed suicide. Now, former top executives at the company are being charged for engaging in a relentless “moral harassment” that led to the workers taking their lives. It is the first time in France’s history that executives have been prosecuted for this crime. If convicted, those charged could receive up to a year in jail and a $16,800 fine.
