Giant Eagle, which launched its Scan Pay & Go checkout-free tech last month in the Pittsburgh market, is expanding its use to stores in central Ohio. Customers can use their own smartphones with Giant Eagle’s app or a hand-held scanner supplied by the store to do their shopping.
