Groupon being investigated over hiring practices

Groupon has been ordered by an Illinois federal judge to hand over information about the company’s hiring practices to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) after an applicant, Adrian Stratton, claimed he was not hired as a vice president at the company because of his race. Groupon has denied Mr. Stratton’s allegations.
