Rick and Don Haggen have sold the grocery chain founded by their parents 78 years ago to Comvest. The 30-store chain’s CEO Jim Donald is stepping down and being replaced by Clarence Gabriel, a former executive with MovieGallery and Pepsi-Cola North America.
