Snow Park Capital has called on Dillard’s to lease stores it has in top-tier malls to other retailers. Jeffrey Pierce, managing partner at Snow Park, says Dillard’s real estate is worth more than $200 a share. The department store operator’s shares traded at $75.28 yesterday.
