Instacart changes policy to end tip baiting

A practice known as tip baiting — customers entering a large tip for shoppers only to zero it out later — is being addressed by Instacart. Instacart said it will now cover the cost of a shopper’s trip up to $10 should a customer engage in tip baiting.
