Instacart waives annual fee to attract Texans to online grocery shopping

Instacart, the third-party online grocery delivery service, is waiving its annual $99 fee to attract new shoppers in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. Customers have the option of paying $5.99 per order or $14.99 a month for deliveries from retailers including CVS, HEB’s Central Market, Petco, Tom Thumb and Whole Foods.
